Key Responsibilities;

– Sell Dhiraagu Pay products by engaging and onboarding new merchants and customers across regions.
– Build and maintain relationships with merchants, customers, and agents through regular calls and visits.
– Provide support and resolve issues to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
– Collect documents and maintain records, updating databases with sales activities and customer details.
– Contribute to strategy by forecasting sales, giving market feedback, and participating in training and events.
