Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
– Assist Customers in relation to customer queries by using phone conversations and face to face discussions.
– Accepting and handling cash from products according to contract.
– Interact with customers in a positive and confident manner to achieve given objectives.
– Completion of sales and assigned tasks on day-to-day basis.
– Identify and asses the customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using right methods.
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
– Follow up and update customers on requests and issues raised by customers.
– Provisioning of services where required by the campaign.
– Work as a team player and foster team spirit among work colleagues.
– Provide assistance to other team members as and when required.
Minimum Requirements:
– GCE O’ Level 3 passes OR MNQF level 3 certificate in a related field
– Previous Experience in a related field will be an advantage.
– Fluent in spoken & writing Dhivehi & English.
– Adequate knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
