Job Description
We are looking for hardworking enthusiastic candidates to fill the position as a HR and Admin Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
•Oversee and manage all HR and administrative operations within the organization.
•Possess comprehensive knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment (local and foreign staff), training and development, performance evaluation, and compensation and benefits administration.
•Administer and monitor staff attendance, leave records, payroll, and related personnel matters.
•Prepare essential HR documents such as employment contracts, job descriptions, hiring guidelines.
•Manage all visa-related processes and timely renewals for expatriate staff.
•Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting agendas, and appointments for senior management.
•Monitor inventory of office supplies and initiate procurement when necessary.
•Ensure smooth execution of multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
•Perform other HR and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Proven experience in HR and administrative roles (minimum 3 years preferred).
•Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR-related software tools.
•Excellent organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
•High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
